Creation of a customized competency profile for the position, considering the fundamental company culture

Development and design of methods, exercises, and tools to highlight relevant competencies, including creation of timelines and schedules for participants and observers
Assessment (virtual or on-site)
Multimodal approach with a semi-structured in-depth interview, complemented by comprehensive diagnostics, self-presentations, and simulations, possibly with internal observers

Selection of Success-Critical Competencies
To assess someone's potential or fit-to-role, we need to understand what the role requires. What personal traits, skills, and behaviors are needed to be successful in this role and within the organization? After an initial interview, we create a role profile that outlines the key competencies needed for the position.
Semi-Structured In-Depth Interview
The semi-structured in-depth interview is focused on the candidate's professional career. We use an interview guide with targeted questions related to the relevant competencies. At the same time, we follow the principles of the Behavioral Event Interview (BEI), which aims to gain detailed insights into candidates' actual behavior, thoughts, and feelings in specific situations.

Psychometric Methods & Ability Tests
In collaboration with selected partners, we offer a wide range of testing options in the areas of ability tests as well as the assessment of personality dimensions, values, and motives. These empirical methods are scientifically validated and rigorously tested. They are available for various target groups and in multiple languages. We primarily work with the following personality inventories:

Multimodal Approach
Examples of Methods in the Selection Process:

- 1:1 Role Plays: For example, conducting a performance review, handling a difficult customer conversation, or discussing with colleagues.
- Complex Case Study: Analyzing a case, making decisions, and planning further actions.
We recommend involving internal company representatives alongside an M3 assessor. Experience shows that this increases the acceptance of the process.
