What drives me is the development of people and organizations – especially in times that call for orientation, dialogue, and courageous shaping.

I believe in the power of good leadership and a lived culture – not as idealized concepts, but as real, everyday practice. 

On my journey, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many organizations and leaders in finding their own path: clearer, more coherent, and more effective.

My approach combines psychological depth, systemic clarity, and a strong belief in the power of moving things forward – together.


For more than ten years, I have supported people and organizations through change and development. My focus lies in leadership, talent strategies, and culture.

Working in international consulting firms has shown me how differently people experience change – and what truly helps it move forward.
 I’m always moved when people begin to see themselves and each other in a new light, especially in times of uncertainty.

Today, I work as a systemic consultant, coach, and assessor. I pay close attention to how individuals, roles, and organizations interact – because that’s often where the key to meaningful transformation lies.

I bring experience in using psychometric tools, designing leadership programs, and facilitating conversations that offer clarity and direction.
 My work is about creating movement in complexity, building orientation, and opening spaces where development becomes possible.

I collaborate with a network of experienced partners – locally and internationally. What connects us is a shared understanding of impact, partnership at eye level, and the joy of shaping change together.

My academic background is in adult education and personality psychology (Diploma, University of Bamberg), complemented by several advanced trainings in coaching and consulting:
